Purpose of the meeting – FPV\/AP meeting, together with race. My idea – do mix from three events – earlier FPV\/AP meetings, copter race and plane formation flying.<\/p>\n
I would also like to minimize organizational part – maximum air time, minimum waiting, minimum management, maximum fun together.<\/p>\n
Copter races will be split into two parts – qualification part (also will work as “heats”) where you should go maximize lap amount, minimize your average and get minimum lap time; and finals, where you do the same, but only 8 best pilots will participate. Aiplane part – formation flight and “mass-free-for-all flights” together.<\/p>\n
Participants – everyone who was participating in earlier FPV\/AP meetings, our race events, airplane pilots. No specific requirements for race, but earlier “persona-non-grata” list is still valid. We hope that everyone will be friendly, happy and will try to resolve all issues between pilots in peacefull way, like it was in earlier meetings.<\/p>\n
Place – Smilga residence, \u0160akali\u0161ki\u0173 km<\/a>. (detailed info later)<\/p>\n Food<\/strong> – take for yourself, grills available, water too (pub available in ~3km from race place) Sleeping<\/strong> – tents! Last chance to sleep outside and this is really cool area to do so (far away from cities). Maybe there are sleeping places in few kilometers, will update if it’s available.
