Some answers:
- Race day will be announced tomorrow (07.21)
- New track layout and arrival schematics published. Parking zones:
- First – who will stay here until last day, parking directly on route, from bottom of hill – will fit around 12 cars
- Second – on top of hill, on road side. Not blocked by anything, but far enough from race location
- Third – next to sleep place. Lots of space, closed for night – but you will need to go ~800m on foot
- Team Standings – just reminder – lists should be published one day before race.
- Electricity – 220V will be available only for audio equipment and few laptops. If you do not have enough LiPo’s – bring old Pb batteries (from car) – we can recharge them in willage (few powerfull chargers available here). You can’t charge batteries at sleep place and when charging LiPo’s – use safety bag.
- Do not forget to pick needed protection from sun/bugs and so on – in other words, pick anything you need to survive one day in field
- You can arrive at friday – prob. no problems to fit everyone (can fit ~30+ people at sleep place – it’s old kindergarten 😉 This way you can spend more time with other pilots (probably with can of beer and sausages) and can prepare for race without hurry. No, you can’t fly race track – it will be assembled only on race day morning, but there are many other beautiful places around (also forest, where you can crash your quad without any problems =)
Drop us a note (pilots@fpv.team) if you plan to arrive at friday.
…two days remaining, time to charge LiPo’s already 😉
